Supply and installing, Configuration of Cloud Hosted multi user web based Software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and maximum demand (ii) Billing Module

The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module: The system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (iv) Customer Portal The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (vi) Communication Module The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.
