Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below & above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position on roof slab and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above roof slab) un-reinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface of slab with wire brushes removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junction of wall and removing the rubbish off the premises to a distance exc 500m outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing water tank of capacity 1000 or 2000 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and reconnecting & refixing in position after carrying out necessary roof treatment including necessary fittings and GI Pipes if required. (NOTE : Necessary by pass arrangements for water supply is to be done by the contractor till completion of roof work.)

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M&L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces using ready mix plaster. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing existing treatment from the crumple joint, cleaning the joint for dust, dirt etc fixing back up rod, applying primer, installing polyurethene sealant and covering with 1.5mm thick, 200mm wide EPDM rubber as per manufacturers instructions. (Make :- Seal 'N' flex manufactured by Bostik, ASO flex 45 manufactured by MYK Shomburj and Sika flex AP manufactured by Sika.)

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in leveling course of roof, chajja coving and base slab for tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ block walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster surfaces using CM (1:6) by using ready mix plaster etc incl Sagol finish complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Godrej,Build Well, Ascolite.)

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick / concrete surfaces using water proofing compound by using ready mix plaster as per manufacturers instruction finished with sponge finish complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Godrej,Build Well, Ascolite) (NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound only

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite as counters of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M&L for 15mm thick plaster/screed bed layer in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces and using extra cement mixed with including approved make WPC @ 3% wt of cement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of sunken slab, walls, etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & form angle fillet of size 40mm x40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or equivalent as approved by GE (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitousgrout “Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout” or equivalent as approved by GE. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus” or equivalent on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with mm ope woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely

SER. ITEM NO. 15.00 Contd.... (e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFI. Above FFI, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K” or equivalent as approved by GE can be further applied right upto 2.1m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M 15 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to stope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (Note :- Lean concrete will be measured and paid separatily) (g) Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.)

M&L for coloured joint free Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light colour) including laid over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured digital printed ceramic tiles of size 300mmx600mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) and filleting at top etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, ,over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
