Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and removal debries outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/barbed wire, any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggrgate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing any size and any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing including wires any mesh, size and any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm shank dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screws the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concertina coil reinforced puncched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire (coil not less than 8 kg and stretched 5 to 6m) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel rolling shutter with ball bearing as specified incl top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, (1.25 mm thickness of laths) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Dholpur stone cladding 16 to 18 mm thickness gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment including dismantling old stone and tile Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in wall, floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter ecx 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, any thickness incl hooks and ridge as retrieved from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 45 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame Set in Cement Mortar 1:4

Taking down and re-fixing of iron Gate shutter length n exc 3.00 and height n exc 2.5 m (weigth exc 300kg n exc 400kg) each for necessary repair such as change of pintal, roole, roller plate guard frame and including necessary joining cleats, hinges, tower bolts etc, Complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material outside of Defence Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1 :4:8) type D2 using 40mm agg as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finished of any shape any size set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls of two coat of cement based paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of brick/concrete wall surface and applying applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
