NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 & 2 :- (i) Quoted unit rate is comprehensive in nature and deemed to include to attend the break down any number of times as and when required by user including replacement of any type nature spare parts including rewinding of any type of motor. (ii) The unit rate quotated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the cost of grease, cotton waste, lugs, small piece of wire/cables, nut, bolt and washers and T&P etc complete. (iii) Contractor must employ minimum one crane mechanic 3 days in a week having electrical knowledge and minimum five years experience and the cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (iv) These items shall be measured only when carrying out the maintenance alongwith documents to be submitted duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge.
