Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 3.00 in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lean Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring,surface finished rough to receive floor topping, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Nominal Mix M-25 Grade using of 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) kitchen platform for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. Minimum 80 percent quantity of paver blocks shall be brought at site by the contractor before claiming RAR. 2. Manufacturer Test Certificate to be submitted along with each lot of Paver Blocks.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) onother than fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 mm dia and over including 10mm dia mild steel TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for stirrups,spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Convex Mirror (with pole of adjustable height) of 800mm dia with ABS body and fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations of post / pole complete all as specified and directed.
