Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

Returning filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

Supplying and laying sub class b bricks old size, size 230mm x 115mm 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for protection pipe upto 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

M&L for cutting of road depth upto 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to lay cable upto 185 Sqmm across the road in horizontal position incl making good all disturbed surfaces of road to match with existing surfaces by premix road material/PCC all as spcfd and directed.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.(clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

Dismantling from insulators and taking down ACSR conductor any size from HT/LT over head lines and removing from site

Dismantling insulator any type and any size from HT/LT over head lines and fixing other side or removing from site

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside for reuse on the same or new location or removing from site complete all as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling stay assy complete including excavation for taking out PCC block breaking of PCC block for taking out MS plate removing from site complete all as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling steel poles any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside and removing from site complete all as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor cubical feeder pillar box suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz and CPRI approved, factory made in an approved factory having seven tank treatment process for powder coating provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS:8623 / 93 comprising of the following:- OUTER SHELL- The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back open able, double door system lockable / openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated with pure polyester Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving 50 mm space all around & shall be fabricated in such a way that the whole inner shell alongwith its control gears & accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a powder coated metal stand. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The degree of ingress protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL: Inner shell made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable I openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer / outgoing MCCBs and 400 Amp TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCB. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators . All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be of powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL7032 shade. Indicating lamps LED type, 230 volt. AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availability at the outgoing of incomer.: INCOMING:- (i) 4 pole MCCB of capacity 250 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase breaking capacity 36 KA with adjustable thermal megnatic release type - 01 No. (ii) Digital multifunctinal meter V, A,,- 01 No. (iii) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240 volt) and cluster LED (RED, ORANGE, BLUE) -01 set (iv) CT (200/5A) -03 Nos OUTGOING:- (a) 4 pole MCCB of capacity 63 Amp, breaking capacity 25 KA with fixed thermal magnetic release, - 07 Nos

M&L for in renewal earthing as per IS:3043 with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 (2009) including necessary earth work, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of galvanised iron earthing stripe, etc. with alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply compete all as specified and testing of earth resistance as required.
