Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewage treatment plant (STP) fully automatic alongwith SCADA (without sample analyser) including comprehensive maintenance & operation of STP for 10 years including defect period of two years after completion of work with following specifications :-

Sewage treatment plant (STP) having capacity of 65 cum/day (KLD) at Lucknow Cantt including all civil work electrical, mechanical, control and instrumentation works and other allied equipment for STP as per OEM to achieve the parameter as mentioned in Annexure- I/ Schedule 'A' notes & scope of work. Parameters for treated water are encl. Parameters of Raw sewage as given in Annexure- I are tentative however contractor should test the raw sewage at their end from any auth Govt lab (NABL accredited) and STP should be designed accordingly to discharge treated water as per parameters specified in Annexure I.

Rates quoted by the contractor shall also be inclusive for following items :-

Contractor shall provide all type of tool kits as required for maintenance of STP installation.

Contractor shall provide two set of uniform with name plate and one mobile set duly recharged of each operator & helper .

The log sheets will be maintained by the operator in installations & contractor shall provided Log Book, Attendance register, Plant running record book and rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to included in his quoted rates.

The contractor will be responsible for upkeep of the installation in neat and tidy conditions and in a presentable manner. The surrounding of the installation will also be maintained neat and clean by removing grasses and other vegetation.

Greasing, lubricating of all equipment of installation including cleaning of screen bar, oil grease trap as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The site documents such as log sheet, Attendance etc will be checked by daily by JE, weekly by Engr-in-Charg and monthly by GE.

Technical qualification of operator in ITI Pass in electric/Engine fitter from Govt institution with 3 years experience in related trade .

Minor stores required for maintenance should be provided by the contractor as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Contractor shall submit all documents within one month such insurance cover, EPF, ESI, Police verification of all the workers employed by him.

Testing of earthing of each equipment and record will be produce to Engr-in-Charge in each 6 months, testing equipment will be provide by contractor. Watering with salt in each earthing for obtaining the result less than 1 ohms.

Operator will be working at site all safety precaution, in case my accident/injury of any person deputed by contractor shall be fully responsible for setting all claims/compensation.

The chemicals required for treatment /disinfection of water will be provided by the contractor. Water treatment/disinfection shall be done timely and quality of water will be checked as per IS specification before supplying to users. Penalty will be imposed to contractor in absence of chemical dozing Rs 200/day.

If any slackness noticed a suitable action shall be initiated as per the existing rule and contract is liable to be terminated.

The test report of sewage of inlet and outlet parameter must be specified from recognized NABL/Govt labs in every 3 month will be submitted by contractor to Engr-in-Charge.

Contractor will employee addition employee for rest/leave.

Proper handing/taking over of operator to be done and operator should not leave the installation before arrival of next operator.

Penalty Rs 1000/- shall be imposed on Absent of operator per shift.

Contractor shall provide process and line diagram of STP plant on SS Board of size 4 feet 3 feet including capacity and specification of STP.
