Supplying and erecting, Testing & commissiosning 6mtr high Hot Deep Galvanised Octagonal pole 6 mtr long with Bottom 130mmA/F and top of 70mm A/F, 3mm thickness with base plate 200x200x12mm of approved shape on provided foundation with single arm cap type bracket arm of approved design suitable to accomodate 45 Watts/70Watts LED street light fitting. The pole should be provided with MS base plate of suitable size with tamplate & GI nut bolts.Test certificate from manufacturer should be produced.The pole should be provided with in built junction box with SPMCB 6A mounted on channel & Bakelite connectors of suitable size for looping.The pole should have bolting arrangement for terminating GI earthing wire/Strip. rate is inclusive of the single arm bracket made of GI of approved shape & design. (Rate is without pit.) (For Gate Lights & Parkng Lights)

Providing & casting cement concrete foundation for grouting above pole mentioned in item No.1 in M-20 grade reinforced cement concrete of size up to 600mm x 600mmx1.20 mtr. deep including excavation in all stratas suitable for 5 to 6 Mtr high octagonal /Conical GI pole. Rate should be inclusive of supply of steel, concrete, excavation & fixing provided nut bolts wih the help of template as per design in an approved manner.The foundation should be watered for curing & painted with cement paint as required by site engineer.(For street light poles )

Making trench 90 cm deep & 45cm wide in ground including excavation in ground for laying cables and refilling the same with sand, bricks above the cable & remaining portion duly filled with excavated material after removing stone and other sharp material, etc including site cleaning as required by site Engineer.Rate is inclusive of laying 2x 2.5sqmm. cable in trench or through G.I.pipe laid at road crossing).

Supplying, fixing & laying of 50 mm Dia DWC pipe of Polyethylene (confirming to Is 14930-II) (Similar to TELEREX/ELETREX) with necessary connecting sockets /couplings ,tees of same material at required depth & fixed to the pole with necessary clamp of MS.The pipe should be fixed to the pole & coping in such a way that it should be easy to replace the cable through it.(For swan neck poles)

Supplying & erecting C.I.Cable route marker with inscription engraved as “LT CABLE” on it.The flag should be of 100mm dia 5mm thick & MS angle of 30cm long for grouting.The marker should be grouted in cement concrete with necessary curing thereof with silver painting.

Supplying & laying ,erecting in excavated cable trench PVC armoured cable, 2 core x 2.5 sqmm, Polycab/ Gloster/ Havell's/ Finolex-Make, copper conductor 1.1KV grade at NCL site. Also to supply & lay a contineous eath wire of 2 x 12 swg all along the length of cable. (Before supplying the cable actual measurements at site should be taken in consultation with site Engineer.)

Supplying laying inside the octagonal pole & Connecting PVC insulated Cu cond 3 core flexible cable FRLS Polycab/Finolex/RPG make of size 3 x 2.5sqmm by taking inside the pole & connecting to fitting.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.35mm thick in 2 mtr deep & 1mtr wide pit with ¾” G.I.pipe for watering & ½”G.I.pipe for earth conductor. Refilling the pit with 30 Kg charcoal & 30 Kg salt as per IS. Also constructing a cement concrete chamber with C.I.cover with locking arrangement & funnel for watering. Item should be carried out as per IS drawing.
