Cutting and /or uprooting & removal of creepers protruding/twining with concertina wire from ground including removal of wet/dry creepers from concertina wires without causing any damage to fencing (spread to 8-9 km) etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge.

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&Pshall be arranged by the contractor.

Pruning of trees (above 5 meters and 8 meters height) protruding on to the concertina wire around/ leaning over perimeter compound wall including cost of all machinaries/safety equipments, materials etc., complete as per the direction of officer-in-charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Prestigious works (2500 sqm x 24 months).

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge (100 sqm x 24 months).

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge. Trees (4-8 & 5-6 year Slow & Fast growing group) (50 Nos x 24 months).

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by he department) and as per direction of officer in charge (100 Nos x 24 months).

Maintenance of potted plant Earthen pot in displayed at ground floor only in bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (250 Nos x 24 months).

Maintenance of potted plants Earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (200 x 24 months).

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/displaying at Nursery, inculding watering, weeding, hoeing, colouring,transplanting the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Note:-Good earth,manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide will be provided by the department) (400 nos * 24 months)

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Maintenance of Bio-Green wall plants of different varieties including Drip irrigation system including all tools and equipements required for biowal/drip maintenance on round the clock basis and replacment of damaged pots and cleaning of plants from dusts and disposal of wastes outside terminal building etc., complete as per the direction of officer in charge (250 sqm x 24 months)

Provision of job work (seasonal works) for Garden features at airport premises and other unexpected emergency works during VVIP movements which are unsusceptible for measurement) including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge .

Supplying of Organic manure (Wormy compost) packed in 50 kg plastic bag.

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing and Displaying of Araucaria cookie having ht. 90 cm to 120 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of earthen pot/plastic pot
