2.8.1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

20.2.1 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pileto be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 300 mm dia piles.

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) .

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting , bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

6.1.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6.38 Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100mm thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 nos 6 mm dia M.S.bars at every third course of masonry work.

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering ,shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

15.13.1 Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

15.7.4 Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat ofspecial primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

13.61.1 :Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

9.1.2Q Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (holdfast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) - Vegesa / Bandaru wood.

9.5.1.1Q Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws,excluding panelling which will be paid forseparately , all complete - Vegesa / Bandaru wood - 35 mm thick shutters.

9.7.1Q Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick - Vegesa / Bandaru wood.

9.53 Providing 40 X 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bots, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

9.96.1 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete - 300 X 16 mm.

9.97.2 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts , ISI marked , anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) , transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with necessary screws etc. complete - 250 x10 mm

11.41.2A Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conformingto IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coatedgalvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc., complete.

NON-PSR Supplying and fixing of 4 star or above rated wall mountable split type 2 Ton Capacity A.C. unit as per IS 1391 (part 2) with following specifications. Material for body for indoor unit: ABS, normal cooling capacity room discharge Air flow (cum/Hr) 700, Air conditioner shal be suitbable for 230 V, 50 Hz operation and capable of filtering and conform to IS 10617 part (1) -1983. Amendment 1+2 make Daikin/ Carrier/ O-General.
