Sand filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of labour, material and overhead charges.

Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications - PCC Grade M15 with a minimum cement content of 275 kg / cum including the cost of labour, material hire charge for concrete mixer, electric gen set, form work and overhead charges.

Reinforced cement concrete M30 mix with minimum cement content 450 kg /cum using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC grade M30 with a minimum cement content 407 kg / cum - Using concrete mixer - for solid slab superstructure - height upto 5m including all machineries and formwork, etc..

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M30 grade with a minimum cement content 405 kg / cum including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL/JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Providing and fixing in position 12 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS : 1838 , including cost of primer , sealing compound in expansion joints

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth, sides of foundations etc . In layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc .complete including all lead and lift

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size up to 1.00m width, made out of 8 mm thick Mild steel and 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild steel angle for outer frame with each 1 No. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8 mm mild steel plate for gusset plate 2 Nos of size of 0.30 x 0.20m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading shutter to site. The rate to include dismantling the old from the vent, including the power required, conveyance of equipments to site loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil work and trial operation and all taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel round road duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9 necessary fish plate made out of 8 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.23 x 0.30 m 2 Nos. to place of Beam in position including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint with one coat red oxide primer etc., including dismantling old Beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., complete.
