M & L for cutting out existing damaged concrete slab with cutter in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape correction of cracks, Edges, Repair of potholes and undulations Providing and laying of self-leveling PU based fast setting elastomeric concrete like ShaliPatch EC / DELPATCH or equivalent as approved by GE, after thorough mixing with an electrically operated paddle stirrer having setting time of 1 to 1 1/2 hour and yield of 1800 kg/cum with a prior coat polyethylene based single component fast drying primer like ShaliPrime PUM or equivalent applying @ 100ml/Sqm after cutting the damaged area to proper geometrical shape with min depth of 25mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly with air jet.

M&L for cutting and racking out joints with cutter and cleaning with blower and making sides of joints bitumen free for all joints and sealing the joints with single component polyurethene based sealant Seal N Flex FC of M/s Bostik/Fosroc/Cipy/Sika, or equivalent approved by E in C's branch.over a coat of N49 primer of M/s Bostik/Fosroc/Cipy/Sika, or equivalent approved by E in C's branch,including bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr in charge for the following size of joints :- complete all as specified and as directed

(b) 15 mm x 15 mm

(c) 20 mm x 15 mm

(d) 25 mm x 15 mm

(e) 30 mm x 15 mm
