Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of RMU 3 way outdoor type extendable motorised SCADA compitable RMU as per MSEDCL specification of capacity 630A, 22kV, 21kA/3sec, consisting of 2Nos. feeder with Load Break Switch (Incomer) and 1No. feeder with VCB (outgoing). (2LBS + 1VCB+M) - Qty. – 1No. complete with PCC foundation as per OEM drawing, including disconnection of exisitng HT XLPE cable of size 300 sq mm, 22 KV (02 Nos incomer and 01 No outgoing) from 04 pole structure,. shifting up to newly installed RMU, necessary all electrical connection terminatin and earth work complete all as directed. Each Incomer feeder with Switch consists of:

(A) i) Motorised 630A load breaker switch with built-in earth switch with full making capacity. - 01 Nos. ii) Mechanical position indicator. Switch ON/OFF/EARTHED - 1 No. iii) Live Cable Indication - 1 No iv) Cable compartment cover interlocked with earth switch. 1 No. v) Cable termination bushings suitable for 3 no. 1C X 300mm2 XLPE cable. - 03 Nos vi) 22kV Screened touch proof Cable termination kit with boots - 1 Set vii) NO/NC contact for - 1 Set a) Isolator ON/OFF b) Earth Switch ON/OFF c) Fault Indicator Operated viii) Command Output for: - 1 Set a) Isolator Close b) Isolator Open c) FPI reset

B. Each Outgoing VCB feeder consists of: i) Motorised 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker with manual spring charging arrangement and manual close & open push buttons, ON / OFF indication and series trip coil for self powered relay & shunt trip coil for external tripping - 1 Nos ii) Self powered Numerical O/C & E/F relay with CTs of ratio 400- 200/1A, 2.5VA, 5P10 (Protection core) & 2.5VA, Cl 0.5 (Metering core). - 1 Set iii) Manually operated 630A load breaker switch with built-in earth switch with full making capacity. 1 No iv) Mechanical position indicator. (3VCB+M) - Qty.-1No. complete with PCC foundation as per OEM drawing, including disconnection of exisitng cable of size 240 sq mm, 11 KV (01 Nos incomer and 01 No outgoing) from near by breaker to newly installed VCB Panel, necessary all electrical connection terminatin and earth work complete all as directed.

M & L PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm grade stone aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases)

M & L PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 (40 mm grade stone aggregate) slab flooring, beded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and painted in cement mortar 1:3 (100 mm thick) all as specified and as directed.
