Comprehensive Annual maintenance of Automatic sensor 12 no.s of doors(make Dorma) of all sizes including examining the door operator equipment at regular intervals, in accordance with manufacture's norms, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and aligning the various components, checking all electrical circuits and connections, replacement of damaged/worn out components all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: it includes monthly regular visit at site and the agency case of any complaint/ breakdown occurs during the contract period shall also be attended the same as urgent basis within 24 hours time or within a reasonable possible time without any extra time or without any extra charges.
