REPAIR TO FAN Taking down ceiling fan for repair/serviceing (i.e. greasing/oiling etc.) size 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make and any type model, sealing cable end with tape, dismantling the blades, removing fan and deposite the blades/motor to store for repairing/serviceing complete all as specefied and as directed. Note : If the contractor fail to rectify the complaint (repair of ceiling fan, winding and servicing) within 72 hours. He will be charged Rs. 150/- per complaint per day and same shall be recovered from his RAR. The contractor has to setup repair workshop (winding and servicing) of ceiling fans inside in Mil contonment area.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connection upto the point including provision of cable from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specefied and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of payment, the wire using ceiling rose to ceiling fan for connection shall be measured and paid seperate in appropriate item. (ii) Nut, bolt, washer, screws of fan blade etc required for proper hanging of ceiling fan deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Re-winding of ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge as per existing size /No. of turns confirming to IS, including varnishing the motor windings with best quality varnish complete all as specefied and as directed. (Make : Milan/ Atlas/ Chetak)

Re-winding of ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge as per existing size /No. of turns confirming to IS, including varnishing the motor windings with best quality varnish complete all as specefied and as directed. (Make : Milan/ Atlas/ Chetak)

S&F in replacement of ball bearing of size/No. 6201 confirming to IS complete all as specefied and as directed. (Make: NBC/SKF)

S&F in replacement of ball bearing of size/No. 6202 confirming to IS complete all as specefied and as directed. (Make: NBC/SKF)

S&F fabricated down rod made out of 15mm dia MS Pipe medium duty 60cm long duly painted including nut, bolt & washer etc and including drilling holles on top and bottom for ceiling fan fixing with fan hooks and ceiling fan respectively as reuired suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fabricated down rod made out of 15mm dia MS Pipe medium duty 30cm long duly painted including nut, bolt & washer etc and including drilling holles on top and bottom for ceiling fan fixing with fan hooks and ceiling fan respectively as reuired suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement D Clamp with nuts, bolts, quarter pin and rubber reel suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep of ceiling fan all as required at site complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F in replacement of condenser 2.5 MFD confirming to IS complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply only flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 stranded copper conductor complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F in replacement of broken bottom cover (bowl) of suitable for ceiling fan of any make and model as per existing size and shape complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC Canopies (Set of two) as required at site complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L in replacement fan blade (set of three) set suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L in replacement fan blade (set of three) set suitable for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old surface of ceiling fan complete of size 1200/1400mm sweep and insitu with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO EXHAUST FAN Taking down and dismantling of exhaust fan size 225mm/ 300mm/ 375mm/ 450mm sweep of any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including replacing the defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076, oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same position and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If the contractor fail to rectify the complaint (repair of exhaust fan, winding and servicing) within 72 hours. He will be charged Rs. 150/- per complaint per day and same shall be recovered from his RAR. The contractor has to setup repair workshop (winding and servicing) of exhaust fans inside in Mil contonment area.

Supply & fixing PVC fresh air circulator heavy duty with louver shutters exhaust fan 225mm/ 300mm sweep, 230 Volts, Single Phase, multi speed, including making connection complete including marking of MES number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and dismantling of Pedstal Fan of any size & any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the burnt/fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including rewinding of motor, replacing condencer 4 MFD, old borken blade, defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076, oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same and testing complete to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Nut, bolt, washer, screws of fan blade etc required for proper hanging of pestal fan deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down and dismantling of Wall mounted fan of any size & any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the burnt/fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including rewinding of motor , replacing condencer 4 MFD, old borken blade, defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076, oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same and testing complete to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Nut, bolt, washer, screws of fan blade etc required for proper hanging of wall mounted fan deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down and dismantling of Air Circulated Fan of any size & any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the burnt/fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including rewinding of motor, replacing condencer 4 MFD, old borken blade, defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076, oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Nut, bolt, washer, screws of fan blade etc required for proper hanging of air circulated fan deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down and dismantling of repairing & re-fixing of BLDC ceiling fan of any size & any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the burnt / fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including rewinding of motor, replacing difective PCB, defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076, oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Nut, bolt, washer, screws of fan blade etc required for proper hanging of ceiling fan deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

REPAIR TO DESERT COOLERS Removing of old paint complete with emery paper and cleaning with scrapper and preparation of internal surfaces & bottom of the desert coolers and apply one coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : If the contractor fail to rectify the complaint (repair of desert cooler, winding and servicing) within 72 hours. He will be charged Rs. 150/- per complaint per day and same shall be recovered from his RAR. The contractor has to setup repair workshop (winding and servicing) of desert cooler inside in Mil contonment area.

All as per serial item No. 40.00 here-in-before but applying spray painting with synthetic enamel paint to external surfaces of desert coolers including steel grills, side panel etc complete all as specified amd as directed. Make of paint burger/asain and colour as approved by GE.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable water pumps heavy duty of capacity 1/70 HP, 230 volts, 50 Hz, Single Phase, Providing new submersible type water pump heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully fan motor from existing desert coolers and in lieu providing new fan motor kit 1/6 to 1/8 HP 230 Volts, 50 Hz including replacement of mounting legs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Khaitan/ Indo/ Cool Home/victor/CG.

S&F in replacement Capacitor for desert cooler 4 MFD 230 Volts, 50 Hz, Single Phase, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian/ Tibcon/ Epcos.

S&F in replacement of PVC front grill including nuts bolts and washers suitable for 18/20” sweep existing desert coolers complete all as specified and directed. Make Alka/Konark.

M&L 20 gauge GI plain sheet class-III including cost of riveting welding, nuts and bolts as required for fixing etc and bottom tank complete as per existing size including taking down part of desert cooler old rusted complete all as specified and as directed.
