Providing and laying of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 Coarse river sand/M-sand and 4 graded granite stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size of approved first quality) including mixing, laying, curing, consolidation excluding side shuttering etc., complete, supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete. for pathway.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work up to plinth level.

Supplying, Straighting, cutting , bending , binding , placing in position Fe 500 grade steel reinforcement of HYSD tor steel/TMT bars of make SAIL/VIZAG Steel/RINL/TATA-TISCON/ JINDAL for R.C.C work at all heights as per drawing and as directed including supply of binding wire of approved first quality & thickness, cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants and all other charges etc. complete for all works.

Plastering the exposed surface of concrete faces and brick wall masonry at all heights with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 fine river sand/M-sand of approved first quality) to the required thickness of 15 mm thick in one layer including scafolding, curing, making rough the smooth surface, supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants,and all other charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats or more coat Exterior wheather paint (APEX ULTIMA) over a coat of cement primer with First quality of approved manufactures on undecorated wall surface, Ceiling surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of applying one coat of cement primer including the cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants,scaffolding and ladder,brushes, puttywhere ever required and all other charges etc., complete. Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & Fixing of Heavy duty GI " C " class pipe(TATA/Jindal) welded Wicket gate of size 2.0M X 1.10M using 40mm G.I pipe all around and 6 nos. of 20mm G.I pipe as verticals, with 2 nos. of 18X6mm flat in horizontal position, including 200mm wide GI plain sheet of 18 gauge thickness duly fabricated with all required fixtures such as heavy duty hinges, aldrop, tower bolt etc., as directed of MS and approved first quality as per drawing, including two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint Over a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved first quality, supply of all labours, materials, labour charges for fabrication, welding finishing, transportation & fixing etc and all other charges inclusive and complete.
