Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.62)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Random rubble masonry in cement motor 1:5 (one Part of cement, Five part of Sand) mix using all granite stones and bond stones for foundation and basement from approved quarry including watering, curing, and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)
