Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and applying 20mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix mortar excluding cost and carriage of materials

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new works(two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/frame work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in grating frames guard bar ladder railings brackets and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS; 13592 Type B including jionting with seal ring conforming ti IS 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes 75mm diameter.

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Internal work-exposed on wall, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing 15mm nominal dia pipes.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests
