Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement.

Supply and laying common burnt clay bricks, old size, sub class 'B', laying in trenches for protection of under ground cable, laid flat, length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified.

Supply and laying, in replacement, GI steel tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall, for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, in replacement, GI steel tubing, 40mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall, for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor, Size 120 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 08.00 here-in-before but size of cable 70 Sqmm 3½ core.

Dismantling of ACSR Conductors of any size and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of mild steel channels, angle sections etc, any size and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any size/type and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling hole under the road or hardstanding area manually or with machine for road crossing for providing GI tubing of any size for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, twin core multistranded copper conductor unarmoured cable of size 2.5 Sqmm with PVC conduit pipe 20mm dia fixed with and including mild steel clamps of requisite size & numbers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing junction box, outdoor type, weather proof, polycarbonate moulded body with rubber / PVC gasket, comprising of aluminium bus bar 20x3mm strip on insulator and MCB - 01 No 6 Amp SP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning fatory made, outdoor type, dust and vermin proof LT panel board, cubical, duoble door, hinged type, compertmentalised of suitable size, 415 Volts, AC 50 Hz, fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.0mm thick machine pressed with angle iron 50x50x6mm, powder coated inside and outside, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, complete having the following :- (a) MCCB 250 Amp capacity with adjustable thermal release 3 Pole, 25 KA repturing capacity - 01 No (b) MCCB 100 Amp capacity with adjustable thermal release 3 Pole, 16 KA repturing capacity - 08 Nos (c) Aluminium Bus bars of rating 400 Amp, 4 pole - 1 Set. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same, GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead strip 25x4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers, strip protected with 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, from top of the plate up to test point including watering pipe of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore, PCC earth pit and cover, necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) On testing, after completion, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to the department.
