Providing & Fixing of Floor Spring, Patch (Hydraulic) (OZONE MAKE) for Glass Door Assembly/Unit complete as per Directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing tactiles 12mm thick yellow directional vitrified porcelain Granite tactiles (Australian made) laid on floor with laticrete 111 crete filler powder mixed with laticrete 73 latex admix and applied to a minimum thickness of 4.5 mm. The mixing ratio shall be as follows : 20 Kg Bag (Laticrete111):5.5 Ltr (Laticrete 73) spacer of 3 mm shall be used between the tiles and joints filled using laticrete Latapoxy SP-100 epoxy grout in Inca gold colour. The joint depth shall be 6 mm. Laticrete product shall be procured by Laticrete India Pvt Ltd/Laticrete International Inc (Tiles for blind people - directional tiles as installed in JMRC station)

Repair of defective rolling shutter with using any material required for bend repair,tightening of spring,bolt & screw and welding by welder as a complete job as per direction of Engineer In charge.(Upto 12 Sqm in area)(This item includes cost of necessary scaffolding,all lead & lift and consumable i.e welding electrodes of required specifications as per site requirements)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make.

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5: 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 ?45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 ?1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/ running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat.

Strengthening of existing open cell metal false ceiling by clipping assembled cell ceiling panels into extra U-profile carriers (as per requirement) in Galvanized Mild steel, pre-coated in black enamelled finish. Providing and fixing 8 mm thick toughened glass on wall with stainless steel spider fitting and on glass back side translucent film of approved shade the vinyl should be 2-mil thick with or without adhesive: 3-4 mils (0.08 to .1 mm), long term cast vinyl films with a synthetic lay flat liner that is not affected by water or humidity. Providing and fixing red sandstone signage out of a block 1200mm x 600mm x 950mm in height above ground with the signage engraved on a 25mm thick marble panel. The signage to be constructed of a block of solid sandstone with adequate bearing below ground for anchoring. The area of the signage to be carefully excavated for the necessary foundation works in brick masonry laid on an 100mm thick M-20 P.C.C. foundation block, followed by careful refilling of the soil and finishing the top matching the adjacent flooring pattern. The top signage panel to be fixed at an angle as shown in the drawings or as directed by Architect or Engineer in Charge, with the signage text and details engraved on the same of the same design and painted in black paint neatly and size as shown in the drawing. Item to include getting the necessary sample approvals, hardware, tools etc. complete.

ILLUMINATED SIGNS:Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per relvant drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. SIGN FRAME:-The sign frame shall be made out of aluminium extruded sections fabricated to required sizes and shape. Item to include providing and fixing of aluminium channel spot welded to sign frame including channel supports are to be powder coated to match as per apptoved colour or in colour duly approved by Engineer-In-Charge. The inside edge of sign frame to have EPDM gasket where it gets in contact with the sign panel as per approved design is required.All powder coating shall be done on all internal as well as external surafaces. The Sign shall be internally lit with the specified luminare (LED MODULE) and item to include providing and fixing luminare and fixtures comple as per the technical specifications for electrical works.

SIGN PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations.Providing and fixing sign pannel made out of 04mm thick polycarboate sheeting with vinyl message (3630/7725 series 03M OR equivalent) to required sixe and shape. Vinyl colour to match graphics and text as per schedule and pasted on sign panel. All the confont in the signage will be plotter cut/screen printing. The signage will be laminated for the protection of plotter cut vinyl pasted on sign panel. For double side REFLECTOR PANEL:- Item to include providing and fixing embosed aluminium mirror reflector panel as per approved specifications and make, with provision to hold luminaries in position. BACK PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations.For single sided signs, where graphics/text is to be on 01 side. Item to include providing in embosed radiant mirror reflector, back panel to be pure polyster coated to match as per approved colour as per technical specifications.

ACCESSORIES:- Providing and fixing all accessories such as magnetic catchers, hinges, spring clips, anchoring hooks, nuts, cleats, screw hooks and slots etc complete as per specified fabrication drawing. All anchor fastener, bolts etc to be SS-304 Grade. Above description holds good for the following signage unless otherwise specified except for modifications due to their respective finished dimensions and fixing arrangement OR unless otherwise specified.
