-Providing and making saw cut transverse joint/construction joint as per approved drawing providing at a maximum distance of 4.5m including the cost of covering of dowel bars with thin plastic sheet for at least 60% of the length from one end initially 3 to 4mm wide out shall be made after 1 to 2 days up to 1/3d depth of slab temporarily with a jute rope. At the time of sealing of the joint temporary seal shall be taken out and 10 to 12 mm wide grooves shall be made up to depth of 22 mm before sealing the joint 5 m thick compressible de- bounding strips with paperback shall be inserted to the bottom of the groove. The groove shall be filled with polysulphide/silicon sealant. The sealant shall be applied slightly to a lower level than the slab with tolerance of 2+1 mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing & entire satisfaction of the Engineer – in- Charge.RS150

-providing and laying in position separation membranes of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL/shavalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the engineer -in-charge

-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting close graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired field density.

-providing and making saw cut longitudinal joints between two lanes including cost of providing protective coating and bituminous paint for 75mm on each side of joint of tie bar. initially 3-4mm vide cut shall be made upto 1/3depth of slab and sealed temporarily with a jute rope. at the time of sealing the joint 2mm thick compressible de-bounding strips with paperback shall be inserted to the bottom of groove. the groove shall be filled with poly sulphide /silicon sealant. the sealant shall be applied slightly to a lower level than the slab with a tolerance of 2+1mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. -Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrate ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C.) of grade M- 35 with cement content not less than 400 .kg./ Cum imparting minimum flexural strength of 40 m pa at 28 days. The slump value will be in the range of 80 + 15mm for laying on road including the cost of steel from work with sturdy M.S. Channel section including cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, rated -setting of concrete improve workability without imparting strength and durability including pumping concrete with pumps with pumps with required. The RMC is to be procured from plants of A.C.C./L&T/BIRLA at Faridabad & Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of curing 28 days, barriers, diversion of traffic and lighting arrangement and chowkidar etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the engineer-in- charge RS6215
