M& L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with mixture of grey cement & pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking dark coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in sub base all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 3 before but except bricks

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc incl demolition of existing drain, surface channel all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of work and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces, complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood , steel or RCC) of any section any description and in any position including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type fixed in any situation complete all as directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repairs Framed work as in Fencing Posts, Swan necks, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of fencing wire or other covering. etc. also fastening and fixing complete incl cleats, brackets, complete of Fe 410-W (Gde e-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as directed.

S&F Mild Steel round bars in fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F DWCPE(SN4) 200mm dia (Internal Dia) pipes,snap fit coupler and rubber ring incl testing and laid and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

S&F DWCPE(SN4) 150mm dia (Internal Dia) pipes,snap fit coupler and rubber ring incl testing and laid and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement ball bearing for rolling shutter (ISI Marked) for 32mm dia pipe shaft complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement gear full set incl realignment of connecting rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement mild steel pulley for 25mm/32mm dia pipe of approved make for Rolling shutters complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MS gear handle/of approved make for gear operated rolling shutters complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of inter locking lath section formed from rolled MS strips 1.00mm thick for rolling shutters upto 3.5m width complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 30 above but 1.00mm thick MS strips for rolling shutter above 3.5m width complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Steel rolling shutters with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, harp and staple and one coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete push, pull or manual type of 1.00 thickness of lath. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 32 above but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 6 mixed finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removal of debries such as stones, waste materials etc from surrounding area of building incl Cuting shrubs wild growth trees not exc 30 cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick work and making good the disturbed surface with plaster and PCC 1:2:4 type B0 and disposing the rubbish from site (MOD land) for a block of eleven flats of six storey height, complete all as specified.
