Earth Work Excavation for Foundation in hard stiff clay (except in hard rock requiring blasting) with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in place shown by the “SIPCOT” Officers with all leads & lifts, clearing and leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification SS20B and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and Fixing Crushed Stone Sand Gravel Mix (1:1) in Foundation & Basement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Mix 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four Sand and Eight Aggregate) for Foundation using 40mm ISS size HBG Stone Jelly for Foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and Half Sand and Three Aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG stone for the following works excluding centering, strutting and cost of reinforcement, grills in position including mixing, laying, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in RCC works wherever necessary etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.

Centering, Strutting and Shuttering for soffits of Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of plain surface, curved surface, square columns etc., including strutting upto 3m ht., using MS sheet of size 90cmx 60cm and BG. 10 gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13 cm spaced at about 75 cm c/c complying with standard specification etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

For Column Footing, Grade Beam, Plinth Beam & Raft etc.,

For Square Column & Rectangular Column

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS grills/ rods at all heights of reinforcement for various members including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for all RCC works etc., The steel rod should be confirm the ISI mark and excluding the cost of centering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
