Dismantling and Taking down existing old unsv VCBs any capacity, transport to AGE E/M Store yard incl disconnecting electrical, earthing and any other connections all as per specified and directed. Note - Rate of any type of T&P / Manpower / Transport / Crane will included in quoted rate.

Dismantling and Taking down existing old unsv Transformers any capacity, transport to AGE E/M Store yard incl disconnecting electrical, earthing and any other connections all as per specified and directed. Note - Rate of any type of T&P / Manpower / Transport / Crane will included in quoted rate.

Supply and laying HDPE double wall corrugated (DWC) duct pipe for protection of elctrical HT cable in trench/floor with complete all fittings such as bends, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs, diminishing pieces etc all as per site requirement of size not less than outer dia 120 mm and inner dia 103 mm complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering ,40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of char coal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing shall not be less than 1 om on completion and marking of description of earthing on GI plate grouted on the earth chamber complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI Strip from Earthing to LT Panel/ DG Set shall be included in the quoted rates.

All as per item no. 4 above Dilto, but using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32 x 6 mm GI strip all as per specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 above but for 20x3 mm copper strip all as per specified and directed.

Supply, installting, Commissioning & testing HT Panel for 11 KV, 3 Phase, 630 Amps, 50 Hz, rapturing capacity 350 MVA indoor type , with spring charging motor rated for 24V DC / 230 VAC, tripping coil and closing coil at 24V DC. Internal Arc of 26.3kA for 1 sec. VCB PANEL totally metal clad withdrawable type Vacuum Circuit Breaker including suitable as Incomer , including cable connection with Copper busbar of suitable rating. horizontal isolation horizontal drawout type VCB of capacity minimum 630 Amps rated current, . The switchgear panel shall be made up of CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated or equivalant not less than 2.5mm thick for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. (i) Continious current rating minimum-630A. (ii) Short circuit withstand current minimum 25 KVA for 1 Sec. (iii) Operating Mechanism of the VCB are suitable for 10000 Mechanical Operations (iv)CT Ratio should be 400-200/5-5, core 1: Class 1 ,15 VA Core 2: 5P10. 15VA burden (v)Cast resin drawout type potential transformer 11 KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 100 VA , CI 0.5 (vi) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following:- (a) Flush mounted type Microprocessor based numerical IDMT relay with O/L, E/L , S/C, U/V, O/V communicable on IEC 61850 protocol for communication & plugin type. The relay shall include an LCD matrix display which supports mimic (e.g. single line diagram can be drawn) and at least 8 LEDs at the front . The PCB cards of the device shall be conformal coated. (b)Master Trip Relay (c)TCS Relay (vii) The following meters, indications and acessories are to be provided with the panel. (a) Digital Volt Meter/Ammeter with built in selector switch (b) Necessary DC Supply with powerpack, healthy indication lamp & switch. (c) Multi-function meter with function of Maximum Recorded Demand . (d) Control:- (d1) TNC (Trip, Neutral & Close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement. (d2) Local/remote selector switch for breaker open/close operations. (d3)The Panel shall be designed for potential expansion if required in future and integration with SCADA system supervisory control and data acquisition remote monitoring and control including rigorous testing performance for 12 Hours continuously on full load, In the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, Contractor and GE/AGE. (d4)Including safety from over loading earth fault, overcurrent, tested with internal arc fault. (d5) HT panel shall be covered under OEM Guarntee/Warrantee insured.
