SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF VARIOUS BLOCKS OF BLDG NO P-17 AT FARIDKOT MIL STN

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for levelling course to maintain roof slop with average 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof and finishing cement conctete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Top surface of PCC to be finished even and smooth so that Water proofing layer can be applied without any rendering layer.

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index not less than 106 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541), elongation 350 to 400% as per ASTM D412 and crack bridging ability upto 2mm. (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints/Berger Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of rubbish to low laying area within Mil Stn and disposal of any scrap received to MES store.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of rubbish to low laying area within Mil Stn.

M&L old size brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies , shelves and chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to chajjas, soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, parapets etc not exceeding 200mm thick, horizontal or sloping ,fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MS TMT Bars of 10 mm dia and over,cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and biniding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securining with clip all as specified.
