Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in 20mm thick cement mortar bed (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Renewing Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds of 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles with grey cement and pigments to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Anodised aluminium door using 96.6x44.8x1.5mm thick Anodised aluminium section as in chowkhat, 84.0x44.7x1.5mm thick section as in vertical styles and 101.6x44.88x1.5mm thick section as in rails, glazing with 5.5mm thick plain sheet glass exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane with and including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, 200mm long aluminium handles 2 Nos in each door leaf, 100mm long medium grade stainless steel butt hinges of 4 Nos/ leaf, 1 No Mild steel 6-lever Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Cost of Aluminium section, beads, gasket, glazing and all builder hardware shall deemed to be included in Unit Quoted Rate.)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), including taking down existing old damaged earthing, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth wire.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & laying of LT XLPE insulated cable, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply & Laying Fly ash Bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
