Taking down Split type AC of any capacity / make/ model from existing position and carry out the servicing by cleaning the unit with water, tightening the terminal connections to avoid loose connections, applying the oiling/greasing to fan motor, bearings all as specified for smooth running including cleaning the air filter/check the thermometer setting etc for 1.5-2.0 ton. and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down window type AC of any capacity / make/ model from existing position and carry out the servicing by cleaning the unit with water, tightening the terminal connections to avoid loose connections, applying the oiling/greasing to fan motor, bearings all as specified for smooth running including cleaning the air filter/check the thermometer setting etc for 1.5-2.0 ton. and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down from existing position storage type water cooler of any capacity and make and servicing the same by cleaning of water tank, cleaning condensing unit by hand blower and including supply and replacement of damaged aluminium hinges, wiring with PVC insulated copper wire of same gauge, PVC drain pipe 25 mm dia, 1.5 m length, servicing/oiling/greasing of condenser motor with supply and replacement of mounting rubber bushes, tightening of all loose parts, contacts, wiring, nuts, bolts, complete including re-fixing in original position, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of air filter pad for Split Type AC of any 1.5 / 2 TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of outer casing for Split Type AC 1.5 TR / 2 TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of flaps for Split Type AC indoor Unit of suitable size / shape / model as required at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of air filter pad for window type

Supply and fix in replacement of outer casing for window AC 1.5 TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of front grill for window AC of suitable size / shape / model as required at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of auto cut thermostat for window type AC / split type AC all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of auto cut thermostat for water cooler all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging / topping up refrigerant R-22/ R-134 to window type / split type AC as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and charging / topping up refrigerant R-134 / R-22 to water cooler as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and charging / topping up oil to window type / split type AC and Water cooler compressors as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Detecting of gas/refrigerant leakage in the system by pressure testing with nitrogen gas and rectifying the same by brazing if required replace the copper tube as required and vacuumising, recharging of refrigerant as recommended by manufacture to maintain the design grill temperature by testing & commissioning including changing of compressor oil for window type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 136 here in before but for split type A/C 1.5/2/3 TR capacity.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 phase, 4 wire Energy meter including fixing and connection and deposit the old u/s meter to MES complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of iron angle (2 Nos) for fixing of outdoor unit of any capacity split AC including making hole/cutting/drill and masonry work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting out door unit of 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity split type A/C by one coat of spray painting using super enamel paint over one coat of anticorrosive primer including preparation old surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the defective voltage stabilizer 5/4 KVA, carry out the repair by replacing the unserviceable parts & refixing the same including testing complete all as specified and directed. (a) Volt meter (As per sample)

(d) Transformer rewinding

Supply and fix in replacement of single phase, energy meter including fixing and connection and deposit the old u/s meter to MES complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes by cutting machine or other mean into or through cement or otherwise, brick / stone masonry walls etc. cutting wall thickness n.exc 20 inchs for purpose of AC work and electrical work and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / servicing and overhauling to aqua guard of any type and capacity, cleaning paper carbon filter pipes etc including replacement of worn out parts like paper filter carbon, filter solenoid valve, water pump etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

(a) Micro carbon filter.

(b) Primary paper filter.

(c) Water solenoid valve.

(d) Outlet / Inlet pipes.

S&F copper tubing along with necessary insulation as per manufacture standerd for 1.5/2 TR split AC unit, copper tubing pipe 3/8" for split type AC including provision of insulation on tubing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
