REPAIR TO ROOF SLAB, SUNKEN FLOOR, JOINERY, FALSE CEILING, ROOF LEAKAGE, SANITARY FITTINGS, BRICK WORK AT ASHOK NAGAR AND GARDEN CITY UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 40 mm thick cement conceret 1:2:4 type B-1, (20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel & floor finish .complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

Providing and carrying out water Proofing treatment to toilet, sunkan slabs, wet areas ets, after proper surface prepration, carry out cementitious ingection grouting at leakage point using cebex 100 plasticised expanding grounding admixture, application of polymer modified at slab wall junction using Nitoband SBR latex screen modifier cum bonding agent and application of two coat of brushbond RFX two part acrylic polymer modified cementitious elastomeric waterproof and protective coating etc, complete including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all tools and plant as per manufacturers specification paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 litre and n. exc 1000 litre and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 litre and n. exc 500 litre and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded Polythene (HDPE) double layer water tanks, cylindrical & vertical type 500 Litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20mm/15mm dia. spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes.

All as per item No. 7 above but 1000 litres.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing to store.

All as per tem No 9 above but n'exc 1.5 Sqm each.
