C.G.I. sheet 30 B.G. fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses.

Supplying H.D. bolts with 40 X 6 mm FB "U" shape 106 mm long.

Providing and fixing 40 X 6 mm FB wind ties to G.I. sheet roof with hook bolts.

Supplying 40 X 3 X 275 mm FB twisted plate including cost of bolts and nuts.

FLOORING

Designing, fabricating,testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including; a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel materials consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwhiched between two Aluminium sheet (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coild coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (service) coating on face # 2 as specified using strainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silocone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 TS/MS with hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all materials & labour componenet, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individualk components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frane work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actrual area on the external face of curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coild coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (service) coating on face # 2 as specified using strainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silocone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 TS/MS with hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all materials & labour componenet, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individualk components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frane work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actrual area on the external face of curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

SH : FINISHING

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand:).

15mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand:).

15 mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3Kanhaighat coarse sand)finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing walls weather shield paint of approved quality on new work ( three or more coats ) to give an even shade.

Providing and applying wall putty/plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plaster surface to prepared the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying ready mixed priming coat (genuine red lead of appd. Quality) on steel work.

Painting (two or more coats excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved quality in all shades on new steel work to give an even shade.

(F) DRAIN AND PAVER BLOCK

SH : EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead to 50 m.in Hard dense soil. (a) Lift above 1.5 m

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

SH : CONCRETE WORKS

P/L cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : - (a) 1:3:6 (1 cem :3 Kanhaighat coarse sand:: 6 graded stone aggrt. 40mm nominal size).

(b) 1:2:4 (1 cem :2 Kanhaighat coarse sand::4 graded stone aggrt.20mm n/size).

SH : R.C.C. WORKS

RCC work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies,shelves,chajjas, lintels,bands,plain window sill,staircases and spiral staircase upto floor five level but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Kanhaighat coarse sand: : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending,binding and placing in position complete (b) TMT bars.

FORM WORKS

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in.(using 12mm shuttering ply)(a)Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls (i) Under 20cm wide

( b )Flat surface such as suspended floor,roofs,landing & the like ( i) floor etc upto 200mm in thickness

BRICKS WORKS

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 Cem:4 kanhaighat C/Sand)

SH : FLOORING

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (Rubber Moulded ) of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge.

SH : FINISHING

15 mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 Kanhaighat coarse sand)finished with a floating coat of neat cement.
