SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF EM FITTING AND FIXTURE AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF OLD HIGH LIFT PUMP HOUSE AT RMS

Supply, laying in trenches, connecting/jointing, testing and commissioning of DN 200 mm Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard length , with inside cement mortar lining and with external zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen including necessary rubber gasket , tyton jointings ,jointing materials including taking up old CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints including burning out joints and recovering leads and removing unserviceable pipe lines from site complete, all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note : (ii) DI fittings shall be measured and paid seperately respective items here-in-after. (iii) Rate quoted is inclusive of site clearance i.e vegetation clearance/ jungle clearance. (iv) Rates quoted by tenderer including jointing material like Rubber gasket etc, including necessary welding work. (v) Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Note:Quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of welding.

Supply, install, connecting and testing in repairs/replacement of sluice valve, of size 250mm dia,class PN-1.6 double flanged with CI body, wheel and brass spindle, gun metal nuts,operating wheel etc complete all as per IS- 14846-2000 with ISI marked including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.
