PROVISION OF LADDER FOR CERTAIN BLDGS AT 4 MAHAR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation , shaft ,wells ,cess pits,manholes,pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil including removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified .

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete and filling complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs,mud stops,steps,coping and like items slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges including necessary form work complete all as specified.

S&F Rolled mild steel Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc including cleats, brackets complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified

M&L for taking down /dismantling existing roof treatment of any description ,thickness such as APP membrane roof treatment /weather course terracing /Hessian base tar felt including screed bed / plastering complete all as specified

M&L for cleaning the existing roof surface of any description and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ,25mm thick as in roof top finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound while concrete surface is green and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified .Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified .Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for preparing roof surface of any description and applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm all as specified .

M&L for cutting out cracks to V- section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M & L for applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning the surface all as specified .Note: 1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced torch application complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for applying two coats of bitumen based aluminium painting @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm for each coat over APP membrane including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

S&F in repairs GI tube 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls , ceiling or laid in floors all as specified.

All as per Item No 19 above but 25mm bore

S&F in repairs of 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part-I including provision of PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut suitable for 25mm dia pipe

S&F in repairs of 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part-I including provision of PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut suitable for 25mm dia pipe

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall /roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum facility) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium arcylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade as approved (Company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as per Manufacture'r instruction Note: Emulsion shall be carried out through air less spraying Machine (Mechanical means)

M&L for applying two coats of distempering with superior quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms / litres of approved shade and colour complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer's instruction

M&L for preparation of old treated ceiling surface of any description and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified
