Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line or honey commbed area including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and cutting the nipple after injecting epoxy.

Grouting injecting two part, low viscosity injection resin, based on high strength epoxy resin Sikadur®-52 LP (IN) or equivalent by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F and should have below properties. Compressive strength >= 70 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/mm2 (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/mm2 (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/mm2 according to ISO 178. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and placing in position Micro-concrete, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and directions of Engineer in charge (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument).
Providing and laying of polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, duel shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar Emaco S48CT of BASF/ Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc/SIKA TOP 122 HS or equivalent material that achieves compressive strength of 35 MPa at 7 days and finishing with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs. pile caps etc., where the thickness of application is less than 50mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat (bonding coat shall be payable separately). Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation complete as per specification and as directed.
Providing and fixing shear keys using 10mm diameter TMT bars after drilling holes of 12mm diameter and 100mm depth at 04 Nos. /sqm area on the concrete substrate, cleaning and grouting the holes with two component epoxy resin based anchoring grout Master flow 935 of BASF/Lokfix P of Fosroc or equivalent material. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed.
Strengthening structural elements with non metallic composite fibre wrapping system comprise of uni- directional high strength carbon fibre sheet (200 GSM) of RELINFORCE C Fab 200 or equivalent approved material and compatible saturate, by dry/ wet layup system including the following and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Surface preparation : Grinding / moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25mm radius etc. complete. Profiling : Applying compatible primer (RELInforce FAB S PR or equivalent) of approved make and brand on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic putty (RELinforce EP Putty or equivalent) etc. complete. Wrapping : Wrapping the fibre sheet with approved / recommended overlapping to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs. Sand Pasting : Applying second coat of saturate (RELInforce FAB S or equivalent ) after min12 hrs. rectify air voids if any, paste the coarse sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes. (Mode of measurement : Per sqm surface area of application per layer). Special Conditions for working in Rohini Court Premises. 1. Site shall be available for work after 4:00 P.M. after Courts proceedings. 2. Sound pollution from work site shall be avoided during Court Timing. 3. Entry for Labours shall be restricted with valid passes issued by Court Authorities 4. Dust/Dirt produced from work shall be cleaned/mopped off on daily basis. 5. The sample has been approved by Hon’ble Court. The bidders shall inspect the samples and get acquainted with rate and availability prior to submit their bids
