Supply of Air Cooled Ductable split unit of 8.75/8.5 TR capacities. The indoor units shall be ceiling suspended type. The indoor units shall comprise of fan, cooling coil, filter and expansion device. The outdoor unit shall comprise of hermetic scroll compressors. Air Cooled condenser & Condenser fan. The units shall have microprocessor controls. The units shall be factory assembled of Make Daikin/Bluestar/Carrier/Voltas/ Hitachi/Haier

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ductable AC unit of capacity (mentioned at Sl.No:1) both indoor and outdoor unit with MS fabricated supporting stand for outdoor unit and suspension down rods welded to the roof structure with suitable MS rod threaded with nut bolds for mounting indoor unit including connecting refrigerant piping at both ends for indoor and outdoor drain piping, electrical connection, control wiring connection etc., additional refrigerant filling vacuum testing , pressure testing etc., as required (Note: Supply charge for copper piping, drain piping, electrical and control cable not included in this scope of these items only labour charges to be considered. Supply of supporting structures for indoor and outdoor is included in this item).

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for ductable AC system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :

Supply and of Air Curtain 5 feet having continuous rated Motor 13-14 m/sec. Air velocity less noise Level Suitable for operation on 230 V, 50hz, AC single Phase power supply on 24 x 7 basis, powder coated MS body, etc. as Complete as required and as per the technical specification.

Supply and of Air Curtain 6 feet having continuous rated Motor 13-14 m/sec. Air velocity less noise Level Suitable for operation on 230 V, 50hz, AC single Phase power supply on 24 x 7 basis, powder coated MS body, etc. as Complete as required and as per the technical specification.

Supply of 400mm wall mounted air circulated including all accessories (like: Length of Cord with 6 Amp Plug top)etc., complete as required (make: crompton,bajaj,Usha)

Supply of 400 mm Oscillating pedestal fan including all accessories etc., complete as required (make: crompton,bajaj ,usha )

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 125 Ltr capacity RO water cooler having 3 tap for hot, cold and normal water with stainless steel body operating on 230 V AC supply with Storage capcity of 40 ltr for cold water and 40 Ltr for Hot water

Supply of VFD for AHU blower motor upto 18.5 KW rating motor with suitable control wiring from AHU connection to the temperature sensor including programmin on the suitable enclosure all as required as directed for Air flow control in AHU's of Centralized AC plant.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 9 mm thick Nitrile rubber (Class "O") with adhesive for nitrile rubber and black tape covering as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws,linkage, flanges etc., as per specifications

SITC of 4 digit LED display board for temperature indicated of cold storage room with temperature sensor connection between temperature sensor and display board suitable for operation of 230 V AC complete with LED lamps drive and suitable enclosure with all internal connection as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Motorized (ON-OFF Type) duct mounted GI volume control damper with necessary control wire (minimum 1.5 sqmm) for integration within AHU room
