Material & labour for install, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with 17.2/3 MTPCBR250 copper bonded earth electrode rod 17.2mm dia upto 3 mtr long deep into 100mm dia PVC heavy duty rigid pipe and filled with SILICA BASE bacfill compound (Macronite/ Bentonite) upto ground level and outer perforated PVC heavy duty pipe lay outside and the inner & outside area filled with sand, loose soil and 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in alternate layer. The copper busbar size 50x6x 250mm with exothermic welded copper coating upto 250 microns. As per OEM recommendations the copper rod buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3mtr below normal ground level, earth electrode 25 x 3 mm copper strip connected to the copper busbar 50x6x250mm upto 7.5 mtr length to the test point with copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and and including excavation in any type of hard rock/ dense soil and removal of surplus soil/stone, incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 3mm with marking with colour coding and earth indicator sign given by deptt for lightning arrester/ signal equipment / power supply equipments earthing and incl testing of earthing after completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for copper earth strip with protection GI pipe not less than 40mm dia upto 7.5 Mtr length in the quoted rate. (ii) Earth resistance value should be less than 2.0 Ohm and earth value recorded jointly in presence of user's & submitted to office for record purpose. (iii) Earth work for excavation of hard rock/ dense soil and removing of soil and retruning & filling of earth startra is inclusive in the quoted rate. (iv) In case earth value not achieved as per specified value given by the user, another earth pits to be done without any extra cost. (iv) Perforated GI/ PVC pipe heavy duty of size 100mm dia upto 3.0 mtr is inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material & labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of 11000 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable HT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi stranded served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 95 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 3 core with suitable glands and lugs as per site requirement confirming to IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 110mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95/120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT busbar control panel board 11000 volts AC, 3 Phase suitable for outdoor installation kisok type with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections is CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, angle/ channel and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front door in two halves fitted with handle and bolt for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges, heavy duty and with door stoppers. The door opening not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be, vermin proof IP-66 standard with phosphatised powder coating painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of PCC platform 1:2:4 and channel section having round clearance 60 cms from grouting bolts complete incl incoporated with busbar chamber with electrolytic grade aluminium strip with heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators 3 strip of suitable length for current rating 150Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.
