REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF WATER PIPE LINE SLUICE VALVE WITH OTHER CONNECTED WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN CHAKERI KANPUR

Attending of day to day complaints of water supply of all nature i.e. leakage in water GI pipe lines ,fittings /fixture , no water supply including all type of complaint noted in complaint register all complaints slips received from the complaint cell and deposit the complaint slip after reactification and obtained signature of users with necessary T & P with experianced one pipe fitter and one helper and GI fittings i.e. elbow,tee,reducer,union,long screw socket ,nipple ,plug etc including necessary excavation ,returning filling work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The complaint shall be attended and defect shall be rectified with in 24 hrs commencing from the date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from BIll.

Taking up or down for 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, returning filling & removing shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'.

Re-fixing old steel tubing for 15 mm bore obtained from above and connection in new or old position in trenches/wall/ ceiling/ floors etc with using all new fittings including making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and leakage testing GI Pipe medium grade for 15 mm bore including supply and fixing of all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches / floor/ walls etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The laying and jointing of pipes are required to be carried out in short / long streches catering to specific requirements of a purticular quarter, building block or a group of blocks.) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for taking out/laying pipes in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling,including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in solf/loose soil after pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of excavated material not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces including taking down old plaster of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks, bed block (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of ISI Marked 20 mm bore Gun metal Gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make-Zoloto/Sant/Leader

M&L in replacement of flat iron Clamp 50 mm x 6 mm welded with 20 mm GI socket including necessary nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed for 100 mm bore pipe.

Taking up/down precast cement concrete water main 100 mm bore (including all fitting) with spigot and socket end and joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes 100 mm bore for water with socket & spigot ends confirming to IS 8329/2000 in any length for classification of K7 suitable for rubber gasket push on with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc coating as per IS 8329/2000 complete all as specified and directed . Make: Electro steel/Jindal / TaTa/Jai Balaji Note :- Rubber gasket joint will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M & L for construction of valve chamber in replacement of existing valve chamber of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick brick wall, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces including dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains complete all as specified and directed.
