Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick work with 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.(In superstructure) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats over wood work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
