Details of work for one number Barracks

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, leveling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.1.1)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement compacted volume).(Items code-5.1.10)

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.6.3)

Providing P.C.C.M - 100 with nominal mix of (1:3:6) in foundation with approved quality of stone metal grade III (50 mm to 25 mm size) clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.3.3)

Providing 25 mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19 mm thick (1:2:4) with 12 mm to 6 mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6 mm thick (1:2) with 6 mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing R.C.C.M - 200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15 mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.2.6)

Providing R.C.C.M - 200 in band at plinth level (1:1.5:3) with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing R.C.C.M - 200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in stiffners with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing R.C.C.M - 200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in lintel with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening, centering, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing and fixing fan hook of 16mm dia M.S. bar 1 metre long bent to required size and shape, placed in position and fixed in R.C.C. slab/beam at the time of casting all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where material is not supplied by deptt.) (Items code-5.5.13)

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.7.3)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.8.45)

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I, sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l. (Items code-5.5.29)

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing tor steel reinforcement of 8mm. dia. rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site , cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete medium class TaTa tube. (Items code-DSR 10.16)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shapeand pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm(+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm asper IS: 277, in 240 mpa steelgrade,micronsepoxyprimeronboth side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or asdesired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete uptoany pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shapewherever required. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) (Items code-DSR 12.51)
