Construction of subgrade and earthenshoulders with approved material obtained from borow pits with all lifts and leads trancporting 3.00 km to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, 15 cm thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C. Grade M-10 (1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C. Grade M-20 (1:2:4) in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Plastring with cement mortar (1:3), 15 mm thick on brick work in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 and 1204 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex etc. complete as per diretcion by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Mantinance Part B @ 2.50%

Maintenance of constructed CC road next five year after completion the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost 2.50% of tender Civil Cost for five year in the form of instalment as below. The payment shall be inclusive of cess but excluding GST payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including cess and Excluding GST) For 1st Year 0.00%
