Dismantling and taking out unserviceable reciprocating type compressor capacity 5 to 7.5 TR make 'ACCEL' model SMC- 2-65 including opening complete unit, repairing the crank shaft, remetaling, grinding and polishing , reaming of cylinder bore and replacement of unserviceable parts and reassembling of the complete compressor unit and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Replacement of minor parts such as nuts, bolts washers, etc to make the plant functional as required shall be deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item given here-in-after as directed by Engineer –in-charge. Cost of fixing of parts is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. Supply and charging refrigerant F-22/R-22 (Mefron/Refron) gas (to be brought by contractor at site from authorised dealer /manufacturer in sealed cylinder of 61 Kgs) in plant after detection/rectification of any leakage in the system by using CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakage test and pressure tests prior to filling /charging gas F-22/R-22 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Supply and charging refrigerant R-407 (Mefron/Refron) gas (to be brought by contractor at site from authorised dealer /manufacturer in sealed cylinder of 45 Kgs) in plant after detection/rectification of any leakage in the system by using CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakage test and pressure tests prior to filling /charging gas R-407 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Taking down old unserviceable oil pressure gauge, supply and providing new oil pressure gauge, range 30-0-150 PSI having 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Feibig or equivalent in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for de-scaling and cleaning with the help of mechanical pump system through well qualified thchnician/mistry for entire chocked water and gas circulatin system like condensor unit, chiller unit, AHU colis and pipes with all chiller and condensor refrigent piping system complete including, condenser (heat exchanger) to cooling tower, circulating concentrated servicing of valves de-scaling by chemical solution (ORISCALE BLASTER) mixed with water in suitable proportion including full filling it on cooling tower system till the time and storage in system minimum 24 hrs their whichever is later and as ordered by EIC, up to completion of deposit/scale is removed on system their after it circulating through pump, cooling tower, water spray assembly and cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including connecting all dismantled components in proper position after serving/overhauling /greasing etc including replacement of new one packing seal/gasket of pump and chiller unit/condensor unit, valve etc with 3mm thick an nuts, bolts with washer, and make it leakage proof system and testing on load complete with 02 Nos condensing unit upto 15 Ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 65.00 here in before but for 03 Nos condensing unit above 15 Ton and upto 25 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only compressor oil, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Freezol or equivalent in Appx 'B'. Note: Compressor oil shall be brought by the contractor in sealed barrel procured from the authorized dealer and produce test certificate.

Dismantling & taking out the starter of electric motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 C/S, capacity 10HP to 12.5HP and rewinding the starter of motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same size & gauge as of existing copper winding wire and insulation material including varnishing, drying, banking, reassembling after the complete winding has been carried out and testing on load, complete all as specified and directed.
