M&L for painting to the external steel surfaces duly cleaning the old surfaces with emery paper providing one coat of synthetic enamel black paint glossy finish complete all as specified.

Repairs to chair revolving high/low back /chair computer, with arm including taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Drg No - TP.

Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth/ Rexine of seat & backand replacing the same with new cushion with tapestry cloth/ Rexine as per existing size/specification including all around PVC lipping as approved by GE.

Removing unserviceable / damaged caster wheel and fixing new caster wheel as per sample approved complete all as specified.

Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest complete all as specified.

Removing of unserviceable Polyurethane foam and acrylic poly propylene and replacing with new Polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick with density 50 to 55 KG per Cubic mtr as per approved colour complete all as specified.

Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest complete all as specified.

Removing of unserviceable MS tubular frame and replacing with new Cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmx10mm section as per existing gauge/size complete all as specified.

Repairs to steel table office officer by taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Drg : FD-84(M), 1002

Removing unserviceable steel drawers and replacing the same with new drawers which, shall be made out of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromium primer as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Removing unserviceable legs and replacing legs 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable long rails and replacing long rail 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable short rails and replacing short rail 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable Stiffners and replacing satiffiner 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable locks and replacing the same with new lock, made out of steel body with six brass levers with duplicate keys

Removing unserviceable Hard rubber toe and replacing the same with new Hard rubber toe complete all as specified.

Removing old unservicable table top and fixing new 18/19mm thick ISI marked Pre-laminated particle board one side teak face as per existing size . Complete all as specified.
