For Header Sluice Valve no. 1 of 900mm Dia. Cutting of nut bolts with gas cutter of upper dome and removing one by one of bolts and fixed of new bolt for tightening of etc.
Removing of complete sluice valve flap and upper dome with the help of HOT crane to taking out side of pump house.
Making/Fixing dead plate on sluice valve body with rubber packing and nut bolt avoid any mis-happening for flooding of pump house in raining condition.
To & fro charges for sluice valve of 900 mm dia. Including loading & unloading charges.
Dismantling of gear box from the top of the sluice valve body flap, gland housing and gland bolts washing of each part by chemical solution and diesel etc to removing the rust.
Repairing of C.I sluice flap by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for lifting of flap up & down by rotation of spindle with gear box by bolting with C.I plate as per job condition on both side of seat.
Repairing of SS guide SUO by proper re-metaling of SS material, drilling and bolting by SS LN bolt making grinding etc. as per required by job.
Repairing of SS seat of flap by re-metaling, polishing etc. and making grinding as per required by job.
Repairing of Bronze nut by fixing of bronze bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (As per sample).
Replacement of thrust Bearing No. 51217
Repairing of main bewel gear remelting, making proper teeth on milling machine and also making slotted. Bore keys as per main guide of bewel shaft with locking arrangement as per job conditions.
Repairing of bewel pinion by remelting and making proper teeth on milling machine of teeth.
Replacement of hardware item of gear box.
Assembling of gear box with bearing etc. greasing.
Assembling flap upper dome SS spindle, G.M nut, Bearings, gland housing and at workshop loading to truck and return back to plant.
Opening of dead flange from the main body by removing of nut bolt. Assembling body with packing nut bolt and operation sluice valve in body by gear box drive as required for closing and opening of load.
