Note : (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from AGE B/R-II complaint Cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday /Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint.(ii) Complaint must be completed within 24 hours without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. Note: Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.
