Disconnection of Electric connection of motor from panel to starter and motor. Decoupling the pump and motor after removing the coupling, opening of the nuts, bolts etc. Dismantling the pump set from the MS Base frame by opening of nut & bolts with the help of tools & tackles as required &, removing all the nuts, bolts of suction and delivery side sluice valve, NRV, tappers, bands etc. as per site requirement.

S/o Horizontal split casing clear water pump of 25 LPS discharge at 35 meter head with C.I. impeller with 20 HP motor coupled with suitable tyre coupling. Make : Kirloskar/Lubi/ any other make approved by D J B.

Supply of sluice valve, non-rising with s.s. spindle flanged ends of size 100mm PN 1.6 MAKE: Kirloskar / IVC/ any other make approved by D J B.

Supply of C.I. NRV without bye pass swing type flanged ends of size 100 mm PN 1.6 MAKE: Kirloskar/ IVC/ any other make approved by D J B.

Supply of M.S. Taper of size as per site requirement

S/o manually operated oil immersed sheet clad wall mounting star- delta starter as per IS 13947 Part (I & IV), fitted with under voltage release with triple pole thermal bimetallic overload relay with double contact as per site requirement up to 40 HP Make :Bentex/Advance

Supply of rubber neoprene packing sheet as per required size. Make: - Jyoti / Worth / ISI marked.

Supply of good quality nut, bolts with washer of different size.

Supply of PVC insulated copper flexible conductor single core 25 sq.mm flexible cable, 1100 volts. Make: Kalinga/Havells/Gloster/Grandly

Supply of rubber checkered sheet of size. 1x2x10 MM thick. MAKE: Jyoti/ National

Supply of 4.5 kg capacity co2 type fire extinguisher complete with charging and accessories as required. MAKE: ISI Marked

100mm size pressure gauge with all accessories. Make:- FIEBEG/HGL/HGURU

Making / fabrication and supply of MS base frame suitable for pump set and Fixing of newly fabricated MS base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of SS nut as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate/wire including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with watering pipe of 2.7-meter-long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Installation and fixing of the new pump and motor on the base frame including couple the pump and motor with new tyre as required, jointing the pump with suction/ delivery line. The job also include the laying of existing cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. i/c, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles the work including the installation of sluice valve, NRV, Cable etc. and all above material and renovation / modification of foundation as per site requirement.

Testing and commissioning of pump set on off- load and on- load.
