TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN NAD EXPLOSIVE AND NON EXPLOSIVE AREA AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

To execute the works as per condition 4 (A) of IAFW-2249 forming part of the contract and as specified in MES SSR 2009 (Part-I) including amendment 1 to 3 and MES SSR 2020 (Part-Il) rates includig all amendments subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer and supplementary rates without quoted percentage. The work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engineer-in-charge during the period of 12 month from the date of acceptance of the tender. Note:- (a) The tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) at the 3rd row and column '5' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES Schedule of rate Part-II 2020 (rates). (b) The tenderer to insert rate percent at the 3rd row and Column '6'of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet. (c) In case any bidder desire to offer rates at par SSR shall insert "0" at the 3rd row and column '6' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet. (c) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated rate (column 6) and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR 2020 and adjusted by the percent quoted by the tender on this page.
