Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole/ struts any size any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground(incl shifting of old serviceable conductor if reqd) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass filling of pole, protection of UG cable, concrete base, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable XLPE /PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100 Volt grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/ pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & fix/inreplacement Jointing connecting LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers, making good with PVC conduit pipes/flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed. LED light source or single 45 Watt.and fixing bracket made of 32 mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe made to shape having overall length 1.2 mtr, fixed on pole /wall through two numbers mild steel clamp of 25mm width ,3mm thick MS flat strip and four Nos nuts,bolts & washers of 12mm dia ,150mm long grouted into wall including connection with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling & taking down existing Unserviceable flood light / high mast ligtht fitting of any type or wattage from the poles / walls including . removing of old, damaged / corroded pipe-bracket, MS clamps, bolts, nuts, old unserviceable connection wire etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Energy saving flood light 110 W luminaire with single die ceramic base high power LED ,PDC housing and unique flood optics (NB) to ensure uniform distribution ,maintenace free system ,ideal for area lighting and mini mast lighting fitting with mounting braket complete including MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and PVC cable 2.5 Sqmm three PVC cable (Apprx 2 m length) complete opreating voltage 180 Volt To 260 Volt complete all as specified and directed.
