Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

S & F Spray duco painted Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.20mm thickness of size 105 x 60 mm for doors with single or double rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fasts, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 in fillinng inside frame & hold fasts etc complete all as specified. (Note :- Distrubed protion of existing floor/ wall/ tile/ plaster etc during fixing of chowkhats shall be repaired to match with exisitng finish. Cost of the same will be included in this items). As approved by Accepting Officer

Stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min. 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl S&F 02 Nos stainless steel brackets/finials fency type, stops fixed with ss screws etc all as specified & directed as in repair . Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered as approved by accepting officer.

S & F in repair of 3 mm Fibre-reinforced plastic sheet of transparent colour of any of size including necessary screw and other accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including hacking out the same from window or door frame. Note: Cost of Scaffolding for change of sheet upto four story building also include in the rate as approved by accepting officer.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othervise provided for

S&F MS hollow rectangular/square/circular tubes/pipes of YST 310 Grade as in frame work for roofs/rafters/purlins/chajjas/trusses/ columns/ struts etc and like similar items etc. complete all as specified

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle Gde-Fe-290( Gde-E-165) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheets in roof coverings any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting, 0.50 mm thick, of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding of any description, thickness including cover fillets complete al as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed

S&F for Anodised aluminium snap grid of size of grid 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Main tee, cross tee shall be 35x25x1.5mm & 25x25x1.5mm respectively. Angle at end all along the walls shall be 40x25x2mm. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of frame work complete.

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified
