M&L for coloured 450x350x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished, chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, as in floors etc, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retreived debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm /litre and UV resistant as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistant exterior paint of required shed(company depot tinted) with silicon additives1.43 lits/10 sqm over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 litre/10 sqm over a coat of 1mm thick putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of white wash on old decorated Ceiling surface including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.
