Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ wall clading fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for joint free Non Skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour of tile, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:3 with wire markings to receive tile over it, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in dado , skirting and riser etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surface of size 450X 300X 7-8mm or 350x250x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:4 with wire markings to receive tile over it, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L double charged Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
