1.) Construction of Anganwadi Building at Poomarathupatti H/o Manivilundan

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling Msand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Collection and supply of 40mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Collection and supply of 20mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bicks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for curing, compacting etc., complete.

Supply & Fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports for all Rcc works etc.complete

Centering Sides

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm metal for all items including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. (Based on SoR 2023-24) Wall putty Powder: (10 sqm/10x20 kg= 20Kg)

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Supply and fixing of Europeion Water closet including all charges etc., complete

Fabrication and supply of mild steel Door of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Supply cost of steel Door of size 0.90x 2.40 m including all charges etc, complete, complying with standard specification.

Supplying cost of steel Door of size 0.75x 1.50 m including all charges etc, complete, complying with standard specification.

Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete

Towards the cost of Supplying & cost of supply of RCC Jollies of size 0.45 x 0.45 m

Towards the Cost of Labour charges for steel doors and Windows etc, complete, complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm (100% new tiles ) of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m2

Providing Granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl,

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best quality Pre-polished Concrete anti-skid step Tiles of 20mm cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with colour designed Glazed tiles of sizes 300mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour lSet in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Distempering in two coats using oil bound distemper including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting in two coats using exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality Enamel paint over New iron work including cost & Conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5a F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC Wire of making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Concealed light point / Fan point (for electronic regulator) SD.26

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113mm TW switch box and 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Open PVC Plug Point SD.38

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 m down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106 cross arm size 450mm (18") SD 106
