Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat for wall tiling in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as lean concrete in sunken slab complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering of 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on floor including of water proofing compound all as specified and directed

Supply only water proofing liquid

M&L for bitumin blown any grade, applied hot, two coat, to concrete surface at the rate of 1.5kg/sqm per coat including polythene film black 50 micron laid in floor and wall surface of sunken floor etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floor jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick in light shade (squrare/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc 0.36Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles exc 0.08 sqm and n.exc 0.16 Sqm as in dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white and coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs bib taps 15mm bore cast copper alloy with chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed .

S& F in repair long body bib tap with chromimum plated all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet valve floot and handle, bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel/CPVC tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store dia 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.
